itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Blanking aluminium die cast parts is an essential mechanical finishing step, performed immediately after molding to eliminate burrs, runners and exceeding the material left by the mold.<\/p>\n<p>After a visual inspection of the casting, the part is placed in a press equipped with a blanking die, where a punch applies pressure to the metal, cold-cutting it along the desired geometry.
