Trademark Policy

VENETA PRESS name and logo is a trademark property of VENETA PRESS SpA, holding all rights for any related type of use. Only VENETA PRESS customers and business partners may use the above mentioned trademark and logo, with the sole purpose of promoting VENETA PRESS original products the trademark refer to and, in any case, within the limits established by the Law and upon VENETA PRESS authorization. VENETA PRESS SpA forbids the registration of domains and websites relating to its own brand without prior written authorization, reserving the right to directly register them. The improper use of the aforementioned trademark and, primarily, the use of the same to take advantage in promoting VENETA PRESS competing products, will force us to apply severe protection actions.
