VENETA PRESS SpA is specialized in aluminium die castings since 1978.

The company designs and produces die cast aluminium components in EN AB 46100 alloy, mainly for electric motors from IEC 56 to IEC 180. More sectors are: compressed air, pumps, electronics, telecommunications, heating, household appliances, and gardening.

VENETA PRESS has a team for the design of custom-made components and molds, developed upon our customers’ specifications, for any application.

The big size of our company premises allows us to offer additional services: a large warehouse of ready-to-deliver parts, and the storage of the molds at our site.

Veneta Press is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for quality management systems.

We are constantly involved: every day, in all our internal processes and with every production batch.

All the pieces we realize, are dimensionally checked carefully through coordinate measuring machines: a very important part of our equipment.

Industry 4.0 Transition

The introduction of modern industrial automation technologies in our plant began in 2022, through 5 new die-casting machines:

■ 750-ton, 560-ton and 300-ton presses using Industry 4.0 technology

■ 1200-ton, 560-ton (coming in 2026) and 400-ton presses using Industry 5.0 technology.

These presses join an already fully robotic fleet in the company, with machinery and systems placed into automated robotic cells.

In 2026, Veneta Press will introduce SAP (data management software) for the dynamic management of all our business areas: an important investment for our processes optimization and for enhancing our performances.
